I need a ride to your services or another scheduled medical appointment. Can you help?

Yes! In some cases, Medicaid will pay for your transportation to and from scheduled medical appointments, and we have a separate department that handles this type of transportation. To see if you are eligible, call 718-733-3000 or visit gcctransportationllc.org.


What are your services like?

We have dedicated our programs to enhancing the quality of our clients’ lives through assisting them with achieving symptom management and goal attainment. Through the combination of group therapy and individualized treatment planning, each client works on setting life goals in a therapeutic, caring and supportive environment. Additional services include: case management, activity therapy, clinical support, crisis intervention, supportive skills training, verbal therapy, medication education, and medication therapy.
