Eligibility
Our clients must meet the following requirements:
- be at least 18 years old
- must have active Medicaid coverage
- have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. (This includes diagnoses such as Schizophrenia or Schizoaffective Disorder.)
- cannot be under ACT supervision
- cannot attend an outpatient clinic concurrently with our Continuing Day Treatment services
